2008 Global Week of Action Against Gun Violence

DI member organisation: Human Rights & Democratic Participation Centre “SHAMS” based in Ramallah will hold open meetings in five Palestinian universities and colleges. Students and educational networks are invited to participate.

The discussion will focus on the phenomenon of the use of small arms and how to identify ways to overcome SALW over time by dealing with this problem as a matter of national interest.

Participants: young student (males and female) and representatives for student organized networks.
